TARGET FOCUS GROUPS Expert moderators talk with your target consumers to uncover new insights in to what they are thinking and feeling about your product and your competitors.

Gather ten consumers together in a room and observe them as they talk in their own words about how they perceive and use your product.  Qualitative research like focus groups helps uncover hypotheses and probe ideas in more depth.
 
An MKR professional will work with your management team to develop the goals and outline of questions for the groups.  The respondent groups can be videotaped for later viewing, or you can view them in-person in an observation room.  

MKR will analyze and then present the key findings of the groups, helping you focus on what's most important to your strategy.
